Rising Builders, originally established as Oceanside Construction Company of Texas in 2015, has evolved into a multifaceted entity dedicated to empowering individuals in the construction industry. In July 2023, the visionary owners, Meea Moore and Mr. Anthony, founded the Oceanside Construction and Training Center to bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship.
At Rising Builders & Training Center, our vision is to provide comprehensive training for those seeking careers in the construction field. We go beyond conventional education, aiming to cultivate entrepreneurs within the industry. Our unique approach involves offering each student the opportunity to acquire a Business License from the City of McKinney, Texas upon completion of their training.
Mr. Anthony , the esteemed General Contractor and Co-Owner of Rising Builders, weaves over 20 years of
mastery and dedication into the vibrant tapestry of McKinney and its neighboring cities. With a treasure trove of
knowledge, skill, and an unwavering commitment to quality, he personally orchestrates each project!
At Rising Builders, every task is executed with the same high standards, excellence, and meticulous
